Highlights DSI 2024

2024 was a year full of milestones for DSI. Together with our partners, we took important steps to make the financial sector more expert and trustworthy, with integrity and professionalism as guiding principles.

We proudly look back on a year in which we celebrated our 25th anniversary and launched new initiatives. From the introduction of the AML Register to the revamping of the DSI Public Register. Check out our annual overview in the interactive infographic. Below are some of the highlights of 2024.

Certification & Proficiency

• Renewed DSI Public Register., making searches for DSI registrants easier and faster.
• Launch of the first nationwide AML registry for the financial sector, allowing professionals to demonstrate their expertise in anti-money laundering regulations.
• Continued development of the PE program with current learning objectives, in collaboration with our DSI advisory committees.

Social Impact

• Publication of the white paper “Greenwashing, let’s be real!“, contributing to the discussion on this hot topic.
• Webinars on ethics and sustainability, in which we make professionals aware of their role and responsibility.
• Active participation in the International Week of Integrity, in which we brought integrity to wide attention.

Strategic Cooperation

• Extension of the covenant with the Financial Markets Authority (AFM), with which we continue to work together to build a strong financial sector.
• Intensive collaborations with EY, The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and other partners, to combine knowledge and expertise.
• Participation in the Fund Seminar, where we emphasized the importance of professionalism and integrity.

Jubilee activities

• An inspiring anniversary seminar celebrating 25 years of DSI, with keynotes on sustainability and digitization.
• Unveiling of three exclusive AI artworks by the Dead End Gallery, depicting the themes of integrity, sustainability and digitization.
• Launch of an interactive timeline on 25 years of DSI, bringing together the key developments in our history.
