We are informed twice a year by the training institutes about the exam results of the PV programme, in January and July. Those are the moments we update the status in the DSI Public Register.
We recommend you start with PV 2023.
If you are registered as a (candidate) certified professional before January 1st 2022 at DSI, and you have not successfully completed PV 2022, the certification status can be restored in order to meet the professional competence requirements. We have set the deadline for PV 2022 on July 1st, 2023. Therefore it is no longer possible to access PV 2022.
If you were registered with DSI after January 1st 2022, you were not obligated for PV for 2022. You can immediately start with PV 2023.
There is no Continuing Professional Education program for the Integrity register at this moment, so the requirement does not apply to you.
No, if you registered with DSI in 2023, then you are not required to complete the Continuing Professional Education program until 2024.
If you have already been registered at DSI in the last two years, you do have the obligation to complete PV 2023.
You can find a list of accredited education providers in this overview. Several different providers offer accredited Continuing Professional Education programs, so we recommend that you ask your employer if the organisation has made any arrangements with a specific provider. Many DSI participants have made such arrangements, so you may not have to choose a provider on your own.
The Continuing Professional Education objectives differ from register to register. The learning objectives for each register are listed on this page.
If you are registered with DSI before January 1st of the current calendar year, then you are required to complete the Continuing Professional Education program. It is important for you to keep your knowledge up-to-date, even if you have not yet earned all of the required diplomas or certificates.
This requirement does not apply to Candidate Certified Professionals or Certified Professionals listed in the Integrity register.
The content of the Continuing Professional Education program is determined annually. We do this to align the various registers with current events and amended regulations. DSI aims to monitor the quality and content of the Continuing Professional Education programs in this way.
The topics of the learning objectives are compiled by various DSI advisory committees. These committees consist of specialists working in the sector. Below is an overview of the learning objectives for each register for the year 2023.
