Board, Supervisory Board & Committees
DSI operates with a clearly arranged board and independent supervision. Board, Supervisory Board and committees together contribute to careful decision-making, transparency and safeguarding integrity within the foundation.
Supervision at DSI
Our Supervisory Board consists of five experts in the financial world. Their main task is to supervise the policies of DSI’s director-director, Floris Mreijen. In addition, they have an advisory role. You can find the duties and powers of both the Supervisory Board and the Director-Managing Director in the General Regulations.
