General Regulations
The General Regulations describe what DSI does for (candidate) certified individuals and participants. It contains the main terms, the certification process and the DSI Code of Conduct.
The basis of a DSI certification
DSI’s General Regulations are the foundation of our certification. It contains the rules and code of conduct that ensure competent and honest professionals in the financial sector. The regulations describe the requirements for admission, termination and continuing education, and establish how disciplinary law is organized within DSI.
Appendix 1 accompanies the General Regulations and contains the minimum requirements for certification. These include knowledge and skills tests, a mandatory integrity program with e-learning and workshop, and for some positions, a minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience.
