Check the DSI Public Register
Before making a report, first check whether the professional in question is DSI-certified. You can easily check this in the DSI Public Register.
Contribute to a financial sector with integrity. Do you suspect that a DSI-certified professional is violating the Code of Conduct? Whether you are an employer with a reporting obligation or a third party who sees an irregularity: your report helps us monitor the highest standard. Report it directly to DSI.
Filing an integrity report with DSI involves several steps. In this overview, we have outlined this process for you.
Before making a report, first check whether the professional in question is DSI-certified. You can easily check this in the DSI Public Register.
Not every ethical dilemma is a violation of the DSI Code of Conduct. First, discuss the issue internally, within your team or with your board. Is there a suspicion that a professional is violating the DSI Code of Conduct? Then you can make a report to DSI.
DSI Ethics Enforcement only handles cases related to the DSI Code of Conduct. Do you have a complaint about a financial service provider? Then you can go to Kifid. Does it concern a claim for damages? Then the civil court is the appropriate body. DSI cannot award damages.
Are you sure DSI is the right body? Then make your report using the report form at the bottom of this page. Would you like to report anonymously? Please indicate this in the form, after which DSI will contact you.
DSI assesses whether the report falls within ethics enforcement. All reports are handled confidentially. If the report is admissible, DSI initiates an investigation in which all parties involved are heard.
Please complete this form in full to make an integrity report. Your report will be kept confidential and shared only with our legal staff. We can only process a report if the form is fully completed.
DSI only handles reports about professionals who are or were certified with us. In the DSI Public Register you can check whether someone is under our supervision.
