Compliance Professional
For professionals who are responsible for compliance issues within financial organizations and who have professional control over them.
What does the registry entail?
The DSI Compliance Professional register is intended for professionals who identify, manage and resolve compliance risks within financial institutions and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations, compliance processes and integrity standards. A registration in this register shows that you meet the professional competence requirements set by DSI together with the industry , including the current requirements in the field of compliance within financial services.
For whom is this registry intended?
The register is intended for specialists such as compliance officers, CDD analysts and KYC analysts working in banks, pension funds, insurers or other financial institutions. You support management in managing compliance risks within the organization, are well versed in relevant internal and external rules and legislation, and have the skills to adequately resolve compliance incidents. In addition, you recognize integrity and transparency risks and deal with them proactively in your daily work.
With a DSI registration, you not only demonstrate professional knowledge, but also that you comply with the DSI Code of Conduct and keep your knowledge up-to-date through the DSI Continuing Professional Education program.
Admission Requirements

Je komt in aanmerking wanneer je werkt bij een DSI-deelnemer, de screening van DISA hebt doorlopen, de DSI-Gedragscode hebt onderschreven én je kennis van wet- en regelgeving actueel houdt. Daarnaast moet je in de afgelopen vijf jaar minimaal twaalf maanden fulltime werkzaamheden hebben verricht die passen bij het betreffende register.

- VU: Postgraduate opleiding Compliance & Integriteit Management
- NIBE-SVV Certified Compliance Officer
- ING Compliance Officer Training NL en Compliance Officer Training International;
- Nederlands Compliance Instituut (NCI): Leergang Compliance Professional
- The Ministry of Compliance (TMoC): DSI Qualified Compliance Officer

Na registratie volg je jaarlijks het Permanent Vakbekwaam-programma (PV) bij een van de onderstaande geaccrediteerde opleiders. Zo blijf je voldoen aan de vakbekwaamheidseisen van DSI en de sector.

How do you sign up?
To be included in this register, your employer or client must be a DSI participant. In addition, you go through a screening procedure at DISA and subscribe to the DSI Code of Conduct. You also pass an accredited knowledge exam at a recognized training institute and have at least one year of relevant work experience within the past five years.
