What does the registry entail?
The DSI Treasury Information Provider register is intended for professionals who inform professional clients about complex treasury products such as bonds, derivatives, currency swaps and options. With a registration in this register you show that you meet the competence requirements of DSI and the ESMA guidelines, which is also in line with the legal requirements of the AFM within the framework of MiFID II.
For whom is this registry intended?
The register is intended for treasury specialists, account managers and other professionals who provide substantive information about hedging financial risks such as interest rate, currency and commodity risks to professional clients. You have thorough knowledge of the characteristics and risks of treasury products, the operation of markets and relevant regulations, and can communicate this information clearly and transparently. In addition, you are alert to integrity and transparency risks and know how to recognize and manage these in your daily work.

Je komt in aanmerking wanneer je werkt bij een DSI-deelnemer, de screening van DISA hebt doorlopen, de DSI-Gedragscode hebt onderschreven én je kennis van wet- en regelgeving actueel houdt. Daarnaast moet je in de afgelopen vijf jaar minimaal twaalf maanden fulltime werkzaamheden hebben verricht die passen bij het betreffende register.

Iedere DSI-geregistreerde professional committeert zich aan de DSI Gedragscode en de tien kernprincipes die richting geven aan integer handelen.

Als je je wilt certificeren voor het register DSI Informeren Treasury, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een certificaat van één van de twee onderstaande opleidingen.

Na registratie volg je jaarlijks het Permanent Vakbekwaam-programma (PV) bij een van de onderstaande geaccrediteerde opleiders. Zo blijf je voldoen aan de vakbekwaamheidseisen van DSI en de sector. Je bent vrij in je keuze voor een aanbieder. Informeer vooraf wel bij je werkgever of er een collectieve afspraak is gemaakt met een van de opleiders.

How do you sign up?
To be included in this register, your employer or client must be a DSI participant. In addition, you go through a screening procedure at DISA, subscribe to the DSI Code of Conduct and participate in the DSI Integrity Program. You also pass an accredited knowledge and skills exam at a recognized training institute and have at least one year of relevant work experience within the past five years.
