To get certified in a DSI registry, there are a few important steps. You work at an organization affiliated with DSI, you go through a personal screening by DISA and you subscribe to the DSI code of conduct. In addition, relevant work experience is essential: you have worked full-time for at least 12 months in the past five years in a role that fits the relevant register.

Acting with integrity is at the core of every DSI registration. As a professional, you commit yourself to the DSI Code of Conduct and the ten core principles for the sector. Part of your certification is the successful completion of the DSI Integrity Program (E-learning), in which you learn to deal with ethical dilemmas in practice.
What does the registry entail?
The DSI Register Integrity register is for professionals who have successfully completed the Integrity E-learning module and demonstrate that acting with integrity is central to their work within the financial sector. The registration shows that you are familiar with relevant ethical standards and codes of conduct and apply them on a daily basis.
For whom is this registry intended?
The register is intended for employees at financial institutions who see integrity as the foundation of their work: from front and back office to IT, marketing and compliance. By following the DSI Integrity Program and endorsing the DSI Code of Conduct, you contribute to an industry in which clients and organizations can do business with confidence.
How do you sign up?
To be included in this registry, your employer or client must be a participant with DSI. In addition, you go through a screening procedure at DISA and subscribe to the DSI Code of Conduct. You also successfully complete E-learning Integrity Module.
