Integrity training module renewed
The DSI Integrity Program is a mandatory component for anyone getting certified for the first time. It helps professionals in the financial sector act with competence and integrity, and prepares them for everyday practice.
What is the DSI Integrity Program?
The integrity program is part of the certification process at DSI. It consists of an e-learning Integrity module, offered by the Netherlands Compliance Institute (NCI), and concludes with a test. Depending on the register for which you are getting certified, an additional workshop may also be mandatory.
Purpose and topics of the program
The program is designed to make professionals aware of ethical dilemmas and help them make responsible choices. The learning objectives have been updated and cover topics such as laws and regulations, regulators, governance, behavior, compliance and integrity risks. Practical examples also make the material concrete and immediately applicable.
Development and availability
The updated e-learning is being developed by NCI, with the involvement of the DSI Integrity Advisory Committee and the Accreditation Committee. The updated module is expected to be available in the fall. Until then, the current module will remain accessible to participants.
