Together with the Netherlands Compliance Institute (NCI), DSI has completely revamped the ‘Integrity’ e-learning. With this modernized e-learning, financial professionals are made aware of the importance of acting with integrity in their daily practice. This e-learning is mandatory for anyone seeking certification within one of the DSI registries. Registration for the e-learning can be done from today via the website of the Dutch Compliance Institute.

Renewed and modernized e-learning Integrity is ready for use

The e-learning has undergone a thorough makeover. Not only have the content and format been revised, but also all learning objectives have been carefully scrutinized by the NCI, in collaboration with the members of the DSI Integrity Advisory Committee. During the development, the committee members also shared their insights. The result? A completely revised and modernized “DSI Integrity” e-learning, which is available for use as of today.

Efficient e-learning: shorter turnaround time and focus on relevance

In addition to the changes in design, we also took into account the time factor for participants. We took a critical look at the relevance of topics and the length of texts, reducing the turnaround time of the e-learning.

Important to note: the new e-learning is applicable to all professionals, regardless of their position or duties. In fact, integrity is crucial for every professional, and this is highlighted using examples from various work environments. Completion of the e-learning is followed by a test that must be completed with a passing grade.

The workshop as an additional requirement for certain professionals

Some professionals in DSI’s ESMA and Specialist Registers have an additional requirement: in addition to the e-learning, they must also successfully complete the DSI Integrity Workshop. This workshop is provided by the Netherlands Compliance Institute and The Ministry of Compliance (TMoC). Here the main focus is on applying integrity and critical judgment in practice. Other educators may also accredit for this workshop. Click here for the learning objectives.
