As soon as the CPE 2026 program is available at the training institutes, you can get started right away. This ensures you stay fully informed about the latest developments in current affairs and legislation within your field of expertise.

Before you start with PE 2026…

  • Mandatory for all certified in 2025: Everyone registered as (candidate) certified with DSI in 2025 must successfully complete the PE 2026 program.
  • Integrity registers: The PE 2026 program does not apply to (candidate) registrants listed in the Integrity registers.
  • Completion deadline: All participants are expected to successfully complete CPE 2026 by January 1, 2027.
  • Certified in 2026: (Candidate) certified individuals who receive DSI certification in 2026 are not required to follow the PE 2026 program. They will start with PE 2027 on January 1, 2027.
  • Submission of PE certificates: You never need to send your obtained certificates to DSI or store them in MyDSI.
  • Registration of PE results: DSI is informed twice a year by training providers about exam results for the PE program. For PE 2026, this will occur in January 2027 and May 2027. At these times, we will update the statuses in the public register.
  • Job changes: For job changes up to July 1, 2026, the program associated with the new role (and corresponding DSI register) must be completed. For role changes after July 1, 2026, the original program may be completed.

DSI accredits training providers that offer current and relevant programs. For PE 2026, multiple accredited providers are available. Once the PE 2026 program is offered by the training institutes, you can get started. You can choose a provider that fits your certification. IMPORTANT: It’s a good idea to check with your employer if a specific training provider has been selected. Many employers have arrangements with a provider, so you may not need to make a choice yourself. If your employer allows you to decide, you can select a provider and register independently.
