To better track and interpret these developments, DSI has identified seven key themes that will play an important role in the sector in the coming years.

How do we decide what to write about?

Recently, DSI has been working on further developing the platform. One question is central to this effort: How can we ensure that financial professionals gain faster access to reliable, relevant, and practical knowledge?

As we described earlier in our article about our collaboration with Clevr, we are building a platform that not only collects information but also helps make it accessible and usable for professionals. Within that platform, the seven themes serve as an important guide. Relevant industry developments are linked to these themes and then translated into articles, real-world scenarios, interviews, research studies, and background stories.

In doing so, we look not only at the news, but above all at what a particular development means for the day-to-day work of financial professionals.

Under the topic of Integrity, for example, we address professional conduct, ethical dilemmas, and the expectations of society and regulators. Compliance focuses on the practical application of laws and regulations. The Crypto track explores the opportunities and risks of cryptoassets, blockchain, and the impact of MiCA. We also address sustainability, AI, changing investor behavior, and the skills needed by the financial professional of the future.
