A new online system always presents new questions and challenges, and the MijnDSI portal is no exception. We are experiencing some technical issues with the MijnDSI environment at the moment. We have therefore created this MijnDSI FAQ page to offer you as a professional practical tips on how to find your way in our new client environment. In it, we share some common questions by other users to help you find the answers you need.

MijnDSI FAQ – Login problems

MijnDSI General

  • I can’t log in to MijnDSI using my current user name and password. What should I do?

We are aware of this problem. The cause may be that you have more than one role, for example because you are the contact person for multiple business units and/or you are both a contact person for your employer and a DSI certified professional.

Fortunately, we can re-set your password for you and/or add your double role to your profile, so that you can switch between your different roles in the future.

If this situation applies to you, please notify your relations manager Nana Asante via n.asante@dsi.nl, with reference to ‘re-set password for certification participant’. Please include the following details in your e-mail:

    • Your first and last name
    • Your DSI certification registration number, if applicable
    • Your company name
    • Your job title

We will process your request as quickly as possible, and we will notify you once we have re-set your login details.

  • I am trying to log in to MijnDSI.nl, but it isn’t working. What should I do?

There is a new URL for MijnDSI. Instead of trying www.mijndsi.nl, enter www.mijn.dsi.nl for direct access.

MIjnDSI FAQ Dashboard

MijnDSI Dashboard

  • When I add up all of the status indicators in MijnDSI, it adds up to a different number than the one shown above the overview. Why is that?

The status indicators show the status of items as they are known to your employees. The status overview below the dashboard shows:

    • Other statuses
    • Does not show who has been archived or invited.

We are aware of this problem, and are hard at work on a solution. Once we have solved the problem with the employee overview statuses, we will post a notification on this page.

If you urgently need to know an employee’s status, we can look it up for you. Simply send an e-mail to Team Certification at certificering@dsi.nl, with the following information:

    • The employee’s last name
    • The employee’s date of birth
    • The employee’s registration number, if known
    • The employee’s request number, if known
  • What do the status notifications mean in the section ‘find, export, invite’ that is shown under the dashboard.

The status notifications shown in the section ‘find, export, invite’ are the status of the screening. The list below explains the status notifications:

    • New: The applicant has been invited, and the request is ‘new’ to the applicant. The applicant can now begin filling in the request.
    • Submitted: the request has been submitted to DSI.
    • Information needed: the request submitted to DSI is not complete; some information is mission, such as uploaded documents (Certificate of Conduct, diplomas, proof of identification or Employer’s Statement). The applicant must take action to complete the information.
    • Incomplete: the request submitted to DSI is not complete, and has been returned to the applicant for more information.
    • Processing: the request is being processed by DSI.
    • Second evaluation: the request is in the final evaluation phase.
    • Approved: the screening report has been issued.
    • Archived: a request that will be deleted soon, for example because the request has been open for a longer period and the storage term is about to expire.
  • I am trying to search for an employee in the MijnDSI overview, but I cannot find them. Why is that?

We are aware of this problem, and are hard at work on a solution. Once we have solved the problem in the employee overview, we will post a notification on this page.

If you urgently need to know an employee’s status, we can look it up for you. Simply send an e-mail to certificering@dsi.nl, with the following details:

    • The employee’s date of birth
    • The employee’s registration number, if know
    • The employee’s request number, if known
