DSI Integrity Programme

Ethical and honest conduct is essential for every DSI-certified professional. With the DSI Integrity programme, you demonstrate not only professional competence but also that you act according to the highest ethical standards.

Why the integrity programme?

The financial sector plays a central role in society. The trust of clients, investors, and the public is constantly under pressure. Integrity and critical judgement are therefore essential to maintain a reliable sector. With the DSI Integrity Programme, DSI aims to:

• Raise awareness of ethical dilemmas in your work
• Strengthen skills for critical and responsible decision-making
• Support the social role of the financial sector through honest professionals

Structure and Content

The DSI Integrity Programme consists of two components: the E-learning Integrity Module and the workshop. Depending on the DSI register for which you wish to certify, you must successfully complete one or both components to become certified. The Integrity Module is offered exclusively by NCI.

For the workshop, you can choose between two providers: NCI or The Ministry of Compliance (TMoC). Select a provider and check in advance whether your employer has a preference.

Online training from NCI on ethical conduct, 7 modules, concluding with a 30-question test.

Component 2: Workshop NCI

NCI – Integrity and Critical Judgement Workshop – register here
NCI workshop: dilemma training with practical cases to recognise and discuss ethical issues.

Component 2: Workshop TMoC

TMoC – Ethics Workshop – register here
TMoC workshop: in-depth exploration of ethical issues with group discussions and practical tools.

Note: If you hold a CFA Level 1 or VBA diploma, you are exempt from the workshop and only need to complete the E-learning Integrity Module.
